1. How long is a massage session?
Most sessions are 60 minutes, but you can also choose 30, 75, or 90 minutes depending on your needs.
2. What should I wear?
You may undress to your comfort level. Many clients choose to undress completely, but you are always covered with sheets and blankets except for the area being worked on. If you prefer, you may keep undergarments or comfortable clothing on.
3. Do I need to bring anything?
No. Everything is provided, including clean linens, oils, and relaxing music. Just bring yourself and arrive a few minutes early to relax.
4. Will the massage hurt?
Massage should not be painful. Some techniques may cause mild discomfort if working on tight muscles, but your therapist will always adjust the pressure to your comfort level.
5. Can I talk during the massage?
Yes, absolutely. Some people enjoy conversation, while others prefer silence. This is your time, so do what makes you comfortable.
6. What if I feel uncomfortable?
Please let your therapist know immediately. You can adjust pressure, stop a technique, or even end the session at any time. Your comfort and safety come first.
7. Do I need to tip?
Tips are never required but always appreciated. The standard range is 15–20% of the session price.
8. Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when available, but we recommend booking ahead to ensure availability.
9. How often should I schedule services?
That depends on your goals. Some clients come monthly for relaxation, while others schedule weekly or biweekly for ongoing wellness.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
