You may submit an appointment request or purchase services without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
If you voluntarily opt in, CLARYN WELLNESS may send SMS messages related to your appointment request or customer-service interactions. Messages may include appointment request updates, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, cancellations, and other service-related communications.
You may opt in through the CLARYN WELLNESS appointment request form by providing your mobile number and actively checking the optional, unchecked SMS Notifications checkbox. SMS consent is separate from required appointment agreements.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and interactions with CLARYN WELLNESS.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you should no longer receive messages from this SMS program unless you later provide new consent.
Reply HELP for help. You may also contact CLARYN WELLNESS using the phone number or email address listed on this website.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to submit an appointment request or receive CLARYN WELLNESS services.
PRIVACY
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

DELIVERY & UPDATES
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, or other factors outside the control of CLARYN WELLNESS.
CLARYN WELLNESS may modify or discontinue its SMS program when reasonably necessary. The current version of these terms will be posted on this page.
